Catherine is an Analyst in ApogeeGlobal investments group. She assists the team in underwriting prospective deals as well as project management functions. Catherine supports the team by conducting market research and financial analysis for the projects under management, to ensure the successful execution of ApogeeGlobal investments. Prior to joining ApogeeGlobal, Catherine was an Analyst at Harlo Capital, a Real Estate Private Equity firm based out of Toronto. During her time at Harlo, Catherine gained valuable experience underwriting a number of prospective deals of various asset classes. Previously, Catherine gained experience through summer internships as an Analyst at CIBC Wood Gundy. Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate, from Villanova University in Philadelphia. Catherine attended Villanova on a full- academic scholarship, while running Division 1 Varsity Track and Field.
